Job Description
Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through research, networking, and cold outreach.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting company services and solutions.
Participate in online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.) to acquire international projects.
Prepare presentations, project pitches, and business proposals for potential clients.
Track market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in IT service sales or business development (preferred in web / app / software development).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
