Job Profile : Business Development Trainee

Office Location : Gurgaon

Job Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage inbound sales by promptly responding to DMs and messages on platforms like Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, and email.
  • Proactively conduct outbound sales by reaching out to new and potential Web3 / Crypto projects.
  • Understand client requirements and customize service offerings and packages accordingly.
  • Ideate and create effective sales pitches and customized proposals for clients based on their marketing goals.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales by using the right social selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with the content and editing teams to ensure the timely delivery of promised services.
  • Analyze Instagram and YouTube analytics to evaluate performance and optimize future sales efforts.
  • Keep track of crypto market trends and align outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Use tools like Canva for pitch decks, presentation creatives, and social content mockups.

Requirements :

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital sales, preferably in Web3 / crypto or digital media.
  • Demonstrated experience in inbound and outbound sales.
  • Quick responder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram and YouTube platforms, including content formats and analytics.
  • Basic familiarity with Canva (for design) and Zoho CRM (for sales tracking).
  • Ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Interest in crypto, NFTs, DeFi, and emerging blockchain trends.
  • Bonus Points for :

  • Prior experience selling Instagram / YouTube promotions or influencer packages.
  • Network within the Web3 / Crypto space.
  • Experience coordinating Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, or influencer collaborations.
  • Ability to script or ideate promotional videos.
