About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of progressive experience in human resources, talent management, or a related field, with a strong focus on driving organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities :
- Performance Management Lifecycle : Lead and manage the end-to-end performance management process, including annual cycles, mid-year reviews, and ongoing check-ins.
- Goal Setting and Alignment : Work with departmental heads to define and cascade measurable, business-aligned goals (OKRs / KPIs) for teams and individuals.
- Feedback and Coaching : Implement and champion a continuous feedback culture.
- Provide training and resources to managers on how to deliver effective and constructive feedback.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze performance data to identify trends, highlight areas for improvement, and create actionable insights for leadership.
- Talent Development : Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify skill gaps and recommend training programs to enhance employee capabilities and performance.
- Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) : Develop and oversee performance improvement plans for underperforming employees, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Compensation and Rewards : Partner with the HR and Finance teams to link performance outcomes with compensation, bonuses, and promotion recommendations.
Technology & Systems : Act as a subject matter expert for performance management systems, ensuring effective utilization and data integrity.
Strategic Initiatives : Contribute to broader HR and business strategies by providing expertise on performance-related matters and participating in cross-functional projects.Required Qualifications & Skills :
