We are looking for a Performance Marketing professional to join our high-impact marketing team.
The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel B2B campaigns that generate measurable growth for our IT services portfolio and support go-to-market (GTM) Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, programmatic, and YouTube.
- Manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns, focusing on KPIs like CAC, CPL, CTR, CVR, LTV, and ROAS.
- Support GTM strategy development and execution for new services and campaigns in coordination with product and sales teams.
- Continuously test and experiment with new ad formats, audience segments, and platforms to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct funnel analysis, attribution modeling, and conversion tracking to evaluate campaign impact on business outcomes.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with IT buyer journeys and ACI Infotechs business goals.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and ad-tech innovations, particularly in B2B IT 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, preferably in IT services or B2B technology.
- Strong understanding of paid media strategy, funnel optimization, go-to-market execution, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot / Marketo, and Excel / Google Sheets.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across creative, content, and sales teams.
- A passion for technology-driven transformation and delivering measurable marketing Experience in marketing cloud, data analytics, AI, or digital transformation solutions.
- Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, or HubSpot.
