Job description

Team Management

  • Lead, guide, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives
  • Assign and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and performance feedback

Sales Execution

  • Drive individual and team sales for assigned real estate projects
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, client meetings, and site visits
  • Achieve booking and revenue targets through team coordination
  • Customer Handling

  • Assist team in handling key customers and negotiations
  • Ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales service experience
  • Resolve client queries and escalate issues when needed
  • Channel Partner Coordination

  • Support the team in coordinating with brokers / channel partners
  • Track leads generated via external agents and support in closures
  • Reporting & MIS

  • Track daily lead status, team productivity, and site visit conversion
  • Maintain sales reports, booking updates, and performance dashboards
  • Share regular updates with Sales Manager or City Head
  • Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication, team leadership, and selling skills
  • Good understanding of the local real estate market
  • Ability to drive performance and meet targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Excel reporting
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master s Degree Preferred
  • 4 6 years of real estate sales experience with at least 1 2 years in a team lead role
  • Experience in residential or plotted development preferred
  • Locations : Bangalore (Kalyan Nagar & for HSR Layout )and Kandivali (Mumbai)
