Team Lead

Responsibilities :

• Candidates must have experience into handling a good team size and must be aware about his KRAs and KPIs.
• Candidate must be from Outbound Voice Process .
• Candidate should have strong knowledge of Attrition, Shrinkage and Manpower calculation.
• Candidate must have experience of 1.5+ years on the same designation.
• Candidate should be aware of Dialer / Tele sales / Lead Generation / Lead distribution / Tracking Team Target / Implementing Sales strategies.
• Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery of SLAs while maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and drive day-to-day sales targets (B2C Sales), ensuring that all team members meet or exceed performance expectations.
• Oversee daily team activities, set clear goals, and develop call strategies for executives in collaboration with clients.
• Ensure that the team maintains the agreed standards in relation to job assignments and performance metrics.

Qualifications - Must be Graduate

Preferable Candidate- Must have a team size of 10-15 people
