We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, client acquisition, and partnership development, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve organizational sales and growth objectives.
  • Identify potential markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address business challenges effectively.
  • Maintain strong post-sales relationships to drive repeat business and customer retention.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies and profitability targets.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, and delivery) to ensure seamless onboarding and execution of client projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive brand visibility and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Provide feedback from clients and market insights to improve products and services.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present business insights to senior management.
  • Analyze customer data, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates to optimize sales processes.
  • Forecast business growth and identify potential risks or challenges in the sales cycle.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management,
  • Strong knowledge of B2B / B2C sales cycles, lead generation, and strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
