Goldair Handling is one of the leading ground handling companies in South-East Europe and the Middle East, renowned for its commitment to operational excellence, safety, and innovation.

As part of our international expansion, Goldair Handling India , the Indian subsidiary of Goldair Handling Group, has established operations at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport, Nagpur (MH) .

We are now seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to strengthen our presence and lead our commercial initiatives in India.

🌟 About the Role

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic partnerships across the Indian aviation landscape.

You will work closely with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and airport stakeholders , representing Goldair Handling India and contributing directly to our long-term success in the region.

This position requires a proactive, commercially astute professional with strong relationship management skills and a passion for aviation.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and pursue new business opportunities in the aviation services market.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with airport authorities, regulators, and commercial partners .
  • Develop and implement business and commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead contract negotiations , ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Support pricing, cost analysis, and profitability optimization .
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Operations, Procurement) to streamline commercial processes.
  • Prepare and present reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends and recommend strategic actions.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics , or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Commercial Management , or Contract Management roles.
  • Experience in the aviation or airport services industry preferred.
  • Proven understanding of commercial law, contract management , and financial principles.
