Role Overview

As Program Manager , you'll be the nerve center of the Founder's Find experience. You'll ensure every learner moves smoothly through live sessions, simulations, reflections, and feedback cycles — turning chaos into clarity.

Think of yourself as part operator, part educator, part community architect.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end learner journey — from onboarding to completion.
• Manage the program calendar , live sessions, and office hours with precision.
• Coordinate between mentors, simulation evaluators, and learners.
• Track learner progress and surface insights to improve NPS and engagement.
• Build operational systems using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, and Airtable.
• Experiment, automate, and simplify — you'll constantly refine how the program runs.
