About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager for the CEO's Office —a high-impact role
that combines strategy, execution, and operational excellence. This all-encompassing position is designed for a highly analytical, research-driven, and business outcome–oriented professional who will act as the strategic right hand to the CEO while ensuring seamless functioning of the leadership office.
The role demands someone with prior experience as Program Manager (or Chief of Staff) to a CEO or senior leadership at a substantial level, who has executed remarkable projects with entrepreneurial ownership, while also managing the full spectrum of CEO's office
responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, innovations, and technological
breakthroughs.
Conduct trend analysis, market opportunity assessments, and vertical incubationstudies.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the CEO on key business initiatives and long-term strategic planning.Program & Project Management
Lead planning, execution, and tracking of high-priority initiatives aligned with companygoals.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables; maintain documentation and trackmilestones.
Ensure cross-functional alignment between leadership objectives and on-groundexecution.
Business Analysis & Research
Gather, analyze, and present data to evaluate business models, investments, andstrategic opportunities.
Prepare research-backed reports, presentations, and briefs for the CEO and leadership.Benchmark best practices across industries to guide White Lotus in staying ahead ofmarket trends.
Risk & Outcome Management
Anticipate risks in projects and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes, driving growth andefficiency.
CEO Office Management & Efficiency

Manage the day-to-day activities of the CEO, including calendar management,travel, logistics, and meeting coordination.
Take minutes of key meetings and circulate action items to stakeholders, ensuringtimely follow-through.
Drive efficiency of the CEO's office by streamlining workflows, improving communication,and prioritizing competing demands.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders engaging with the CEO's office.Preferred Qualifications
5–8 years of experience, with at least 2–3 years as Program Manager / Chief of Staffto a CEO or equivalent leadership role.
Strong pedigree : MBA / Master's from a premier institute or equivalent professionalbackground.
Demonstrated ability to manage both strategic projects and operational mandates of a CEO's office.Strong financial acumen with ability to interpret financials, conduct investment analysis,and prepare business cases.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Entrepreneurial spirit with proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressureenvironments.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities, from long-term strategy to daily operationalexecution, with discretion and ownership.
