We are looking for a smart, driven, and execution-oriented professional to join our Founder’s Office. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will work directly with the founders and leadership team across strategic initiatives, investor relations, operational execution, and cross-functional problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive key cross-functional projects on behalf of the founders, ensuring timelines, accountability, and outcomes.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Own special initiatives in growth, product, operations, or investor relations.
- Act as a thought partner and force multiplier to the founders.
- Prepare briefing documents, presentations, dashboards, and updates.
- Coordinate and follow up on key decisions and actions from leadership discussions.
- Identify gaps in internal processes and drive initiatives for streamlining.
- Build and manage internal documentation, OKRs, performance dashboards.
- Liaise with business heads to track progress on strategic goals and targets.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders including investors, partners, and key hires.
- Support in scaling team culture, values, and leadership initiatives.
- Lead internal communications, leadership offsites, and org-wide updates.
