Program Manager (CXOs Office)

We are hiring for Program Manager (CXOs Office) for one of our American-Irish MNC client

Exp : 10-14 years

Qualification : MBA in Strategy / Operations from Tier 1 Colleges (Mandatory) with B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical engineering

Required Skills :

• 10+ years of experience in strategic roles, including in strategy / operational excellence / initiatives management in a global industrial / engineering / management environment.
• Strong program management experience : Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs / initiatives from start to finish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills : Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving : Ability to think critically, analyze complex situations, and develop effective solutions.
