What Do We Expect From You

The Online Marketing Specialist will support the execution of Rakuten Symphony's online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth in the telecom industry. This role requires a blend of technical aptitude, creative thinking, and a passion for understanding how AI and LLMs are transforming the digital landscape. You'll be at the forefront of learning how to maximize online performance in a world increasingly influenced by AI-generated content and search results. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Campaign Support (Telecom Focus) :

• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEM, social media advertising, industry-specific forums, email marketing) to target telecom operators and industry professionals.
• Support the development of ad copy, landing pages, and other marketing assets tailored to the telecom audience.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement, with a focus on metrics relevant to the telecom industry (e.g., lead quality, MQLs, SQLs).
• Manage campaign budgets and track expenses.
