About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced, data-driven, and innovative Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive digital growth for Little Italy and ACASA. This role is critical in building and scaling our paid media, SEO, marketplace visibility (Amazon, Blinkit), and website performance. You will take ownership of strategy, execution, and optimization to deliver measurable ROI across digital platforms.
Key Strategy & Paid Media :
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Lead performance-driven initiatives to maximize ROI, CAC efficiency, and conversions.
Marketplace Marketing (Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart) :
Manage advertising, promotions, and visibility on Amazon and Blinkit and other platforms.Monitor product performance, reviews, and optimize listings for higher conversion.SEO & Website Growth :
Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) to improve organic visibility.Drive website traffic and optimize conversion funnels.Collaborate with creative / content teams for SEO-friendly copy, blogs, and landing pages.Analytics & MIS :
Set up tracking (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Search Console, marketplace dashboards).Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and budget vs. actuals.Present insights and recommendations to improve ROI.Budget & Vendor Management :
Own digital marketing budgets across platforms.Identify, evaluate, and manage agencies / vendors where required.Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Brand Marketing Executive, and Social Media team to align performance strategy with overall marketing goals.Support integrated campaigns by combining paid and organic 5-7 years of proven experience in performance / digital marketing.Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Amazon Ads, Blinkit promotions.Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Search Console.Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer funnels.Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously(ref : iimjobs.com)
