Job Summary :
The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing the reception area greeting visitors handling calls and ensuring smooth front-desk operations. The role requires excellent communication skills a pleasing personality and the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a professional environment.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Manage the front desk and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming phone calls emails and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain visitor records and manage appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor meetings and office requirements.
- Handle courier mail distribution and office deliveries.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing documentation and maintaining office supplies.
- Support HR / Admin departments with clerical duties as required.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure refreshments are arranged when needed.
- Address basic inquiries and guide visitors or callers to the appropriate person or department
