You will be the first face our guests see, creating a warm and welcoming vibe that makes them feel at home. If you enjoy meeting new people, keeping things organized, and spreading good energy, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

• Welcome guests with a smile and handle check-ins and check-outs smoothly.
• Manage reservations, emails, and basic reports on the computer.
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English with guests and teammates.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and full of positive energy.
• Share local travel tips, help with guest queries, and support daily operations.
• Join in the fun by engaging with guests during activities and events.
