Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kakkanad, Kochi for a Hotel Revenue Executive. The Hotel Revenue Executive will be responsible for daily revenue management tasks, including analyzing market trends, optimizing room rates, forecasting occupancy, and enhancing profitability. Additionally, the role involves developing pricing strategies, and coordinating closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Team Management skills
• Strong Budgeting and Sales skills
• Experience in the Hospitality industry
• Experience in OTA Platforms like Booking.com , Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Airbnb etc.
• Proficiency in data analysis and revenue management systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or relevant field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
