Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-end recruitment for US-based product company roles (tech & non-tech)
• Source and close candidates using Dice, Monster (US), Naukri, LinkedIn and ATS platforms
• Drive candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offer management
• Maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records on recruitment systems
• Collaborate on client mandates, process improvements, and market research
