The candidate will be responsible for bringing aggressive growth through DISBURSEMENT of New to Bank & existing book of the Agri Business segment.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with Business Analyst and Credit Analyst for managing sanction of pipeline cases for disbursement.
- Responsible for achieving Fund based and Non-Fund based targets and cross-selling of bank products as per assigned KRAs.
- Ensure Fee income and minimum spread as per guidelines of KRA.
- Ensure portfolio quality of the territory.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through maintenance of service quality and effectively addressing customer queries within the stipulated time frame.
- Responsible for timely disbursements on a daily basis.
Business Development :
To develop the Agri business and responsible for overall profitability of the assigned territory.Responsible for achieving Fund based and Non-Fund based targets and cross-selling of bank products as per assigned KRAs.Ensure Fee income and minimum spread as per guidelines of KRARelationship Building :
