Job description

Job Title : Head of Sales (IT Domain)

Experience : 12+ years

Location : Ahmedabad

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead national and international growth initiatives. This leadership role will drive enterprise and government technology sales, shape market expansion strategies, and build strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales and partnership strategies across India and global markets.
  • Identify new market opportunities in government, enterprise, and institutional sectors.
  • Lead end-to-end consultative sales cycles, including deal structuring, pricing, and onboarding.
  • Respond to RFPs and tenders with impactful, solution-driven proposals.
  • Drive revenue growth and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and government consultations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership in enterprise or government technology sales.
  • Expertise in consultative selling, RFP processes, and public procurement.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
  • Willingness to travel and thrive in a fast-paced start-up culture.
