Appsoleut Games is a passion driven, fast growing mobile gaming studio based out of Gurgaon, India. Our MISSION is to soon become a leader in the Mobile Gaming Industry, internationally. We develop vehicle-based games in the simulation, driving and racing genre. Our games have done us proud by consistently staying in the Top 30 games in the Racing category in USA and beating (momentarily!) Nintendo Mario Kart in Japan!

We are a fun-loving, open-minded company and encourage our team to have a voice. We have a strong user base of millions and are now looking for a 'Community Manager' to help us reach the next level.

Job Summary :

As a Community Manager Gaming, you'll manage our game's online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analyzing usage data, facilitating customer service, and managing projects and campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
• Create engaging multimedia content (and / or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
• Develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our games and our brand
• Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
• Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
• Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
• Set targets to increase awareness and increase customer engagement
• Manage a budget for social media activities
• Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
