About the Role :
As a Community Manager at Kaapi Machines, you will be the bridge between our brand and the vibrant coffee community – including baristas, café owners, coffee trainers, and enthusiasts. Your mission is to deepen brand loyalty, amplify engagement, and foster a thriving ecosystem around our coffee equipment offerings through on-ground and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Community Engagement & Growth
Build and nurture relationships with baristas, cafe owners, trainers, and coffee influencers.
Organize and manage brand IPs, community events such as latte art throwdowns, workshops, and cafe takeovers.
Curate hyperlocal meet-ups and activate community-led initiatives in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
Brand Advocacy & Content Collaboration
Collaborate with micro-influencers, trainers, and equipment users for user-generated content, testimonials, and product showcases.
Facilitate collaborations with coffee schools, cafes, and roasteries for content and training tie-ups.
Co-create educational or inspirational content featuring coffee brewing techniques, equipment care, and success stories.
Event Execution & Support
Assist in planning and executing Kaapi Machines IPs like the Latte Art Championship or Coffee Festivals.
Coordinate with city leads, internal teams, and vendors for smooth event logistics and impactful presence.
Social Listening & Feedback Loop
Actively monitor community conversations on social media and WhatsApp groups.
Collect feedback on product usage, training sessions, and events – share insights with marketing and product teams.
Partnerships & Outreach
Identify new partnership opportunities with local cafes, roasteries, or coffee-related organizations.
Support dealer activation plans by engaging regional coffee communities
Key Skills Required :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Event planning and execution experience
Passion for coffee and basic knowledge of coffee equipment
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Comfort with both on-ground networking and digital platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
Preferred Background :
5-6years in community management, brand activation, event management, or hospitality roles
Level / Salary Range :
INR 10 LPA
