Content & Community Manager

Experience-12–18 months

Drives content planning and online community engagement across Quora and Reddit. Supports expert briefing, seeding responses, and monitoring category-safe conversations aligned to brand guidelines. Also facilitates the recording of short expert videos with HCPs using a mobile phone and ring light setup , ensuring authenticity, quality, and compliance.

• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Coordinate expert briefs and integrate feedback.
• Manage Quora / Reddit content seeding and community responses.
• Facilitate short-form HCP video recordings using mobile capture tools.
• Track engagement metrics and surface category-relevant insights.
• Experience in content marketing, social media, or digital communication.
• Familiarity with healthcare, parenting, or regulated categories preferred.
• Strong writing and coordination skills; detail orientation essential.
