Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative  Social Media & Founder’s Office Associate  who will work closely with the founding team to help grow our digital presence and streamline our transition to a strong online-first retail brand.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, social media, content creation, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content
• Create engaging social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Plan, execute, and edit photo / video shoots of products.
• Edit photos / videos for online use (Shopify, Instagram, website, ads).
• Draft compelling captions and brand-aligned storytelling posts.
• Customer Engagement & Reviews
• Collect and showcase customer reviews / testimonials across platforms.
• Create engaging review-based content to build trust and community.
• Digital Growth & Online Transition
• Support in taking the full store catalogue online (Shopify / e-commerce setup).
• Assist in uploading and organizing product listings with high-quality images and descriptions.
• Research best practices for fashion e-commerce and recommend improvements.
• Founder’s Office Support
• Work directly with the founder on strategic initiatives.
• Support day-to-day operational and creative tasks.
