Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic professional to join the Founders’ Office team, working directly with the leadership to drive business strategy, operational excellence, and special initiatives . This high-impact role offers exposure to strategic decision-making, cross-functional problem solving, and scaling business operations in a hyper-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning & Execution : Work closely with the founders to define, track, and execute the company’s strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
- Business Operations : Design and implement processes to drive operational efficiency across functions.
- Decision Support : Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for key leadership decisions, including new markets, partnerships, and investment areas.
- Program Management : Lead cross-functional programs, ensuring timely delivery of strategic projects with measurable outcomes.
- Leadership Enablement : Prepare business review documents, board presentations, and investor updates. Act as a thought partner to founders in critical discussions.
- Special Projects : Take ownership of high-priority initiatives (e.g., M&A evaluations, global expansion, GTM strategy, org design) as they arise.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Education : MBA from a top-tier B-School in India.Experience : 8–10 years of progressive experience in strategy, business operations, or consulting . Prior exposure to technology, IT services, or analytics-driven organizations preferred.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and financial acumen with a track record of structuring and delivering complex projects.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior leaders.Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.Prior experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or Founders’ Office roles will be highly advantageous.Why Join Us?
