Job Overview

We are looking for a  Founder’s Office Strategy who will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, build scalable processes, and ensure smooth cross-functional execution. This is a  high-agency role  with exposure to strategy, operations, hiring, investor relations, and partnerships.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in SaaS / fast-growth startups.
  • Tier-1 tech college background preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Growth mindset, high ownership, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

As we scale rapidly, the Founder’s Office acts as the  multiplier function  across teams. Your responsibilities include :

  • Process Building :  Create measurable processes & SOPs for core functions to make the org more scalable.
  • Multi-Project Ownership :  Act as a single stakeholder on high-impact growth projects across the org.
  • Hiring & Team Building :  Take initiative in hiring processes whenever we open new roles.
  • Partnerships :  Handle select strategic partnerships with external tech providers.
  • Investor Relations :  Own investor MIS preparation and reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership :  Lead high-impact projects that require alignment across teams.
  • CEO Support :  Partner with the CEO to manage internal communications—All Hands meetings, leadership updates, and key announcements.
  • Global Training :  Build training & assessment processes across teams spread across 3 time zones.

    Round 1 – Past Experience & Screening

  • Exploration of prior roles, ownership examples, and problem-solving approach.
  • Round 2 – Scenario Testing

  • Case-based round to evaluate structured thinking, ability to drive cross-functional projects, and handling ambiguity.
  • Round 3 – Culture Fit & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Assessing alignment with BIK’s culture (ownership, adaptability, speed, attention to detail).
  • Evaluating how you collaborate with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Interview Best Practices

  • Some rounds may require you to  write structured responses in Google Docs .
  • Keep a  notebook & pen  handy for quick notes.
  • Ensure a professional setting with your  camera on —we value interactive, engaging discussions.
  • Rounds 2 and 3 will be conducted in-office, so please plan accordingly.
