Based in Bengaluru, the role allows for some work from home. The Content Creation and Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing content for social media platforms, and overseeing digital marketing efforts. Day-to-day tasks will include planning content calendars, writing and editing posts, monitoring social media channels, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics to enhance the company's online presence.QualificationsExperience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)Strong Communication skillsProficiency in developing and executing Content StrategyKnowledge of Digital Marketing practicesAbility to create engaging and high-quality contentBasic photography and cinematography skills.Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metricsHighly organized and able to manage multiple tasksAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, graphic design or a related field is preferred
