Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Founder’s Office Associate who will work closely with the founding team to help grow our digital presence and streamline our transition to a strong online-first retail brand.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, social media, content creation, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content
- Create engaging social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Plan, execute, and edit photo / video shoots of products.
- Edit photos / videos for online use (Shopify, Instagram, website, ads).
- Draft compelling captions and brand-aligned storytelling posts.
- Customer Engagement & Reviews
- Collect and showcase customer reviews / testimonials across platforms.
- Create engaging review-based content to build trust and community.
- Digital Growth & Online Transition
- Support in taking the full store catalogue online (Shopify / e-commerce setup).
- Assist in uploading and organizing product listings with high-quality images and descriptions.
- Research best practices for fashion e-commerce and recommend improvements.
- Founder’s Office Support
- Work directly with the founder on strategic initiatives.
- Support day-to-day operational and creative tasks.
Requirements
Strong interest in social media, fashion, and storytelling.Basic knowledge of photo editing tools (Canva / Photoshop / Lightroom, etc.).Familiarity with Instagram / TikTok trends and content creation.Photography skills (preferred, not mandatory).Strong communication skills (English + regional language is a bonus).Self-driven, creative, and willing to experiment with new ideas.What You’ll Gain
