Job Summary : The Business Development Executive will be responsible for
generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through
outbound sales strategies. This role involves identifying potential clients, establishing
relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our services to achieve
sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and research potential clients using various
channels, including online databases, social media, and industry events.
Cold Outreach : Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calls,emails, and social media platforms to introduce our services.
Sales Pitch : Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitchestailored to the needs and interests of potential clients.
Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with clientsto understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure a positive customer
experience.
Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets byeffectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, andmarket conditions to identify new business opportunities and improve sales
strategies.
Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to alignstrategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.
Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities,opportunities, and client interactions.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within the ITservices industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiplepriorities.
Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role.Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-pacedenvironment.
