Business Development Executive / Manager (BDE / BDM)
Location : Naroda, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Email Marketing, and Cold Outreach
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in US, UK, Canada, Australia, and other global markets
- Develop and execute strategies for business growth through direct sales, partnerships, and marketing initiatives
- Write compelling proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations
- Collaborate with the technical team to craft tailored IT solutions for client requirements
- Understand client needs, gather requirements, and create proposals with support from the technical team
- Attend virtual / physical meetings with international clients and represent the company professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of BDE / BDM experience in an IT services companyStrong knowledge of IT technologies, programming languages & frameworksProven track record in lead generation, client engagement, and sales closuresFamiliar with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, LinkedIn Sales NavigatorExcellent English communication skills (verbal & written)Strong negotiation and convincing skills to close dealsGood understanding of IT services : Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, Cloud, eCommerceExperience working with international B2B clientsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.Why Join Us
