Role & Responsibilities :
Sourcing and Recruitment :
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to source Swift developers.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
Candidate Engagement :
Engage with candidates to understand their career goals, skills, and preferences.Build a strong pipeline of qualified Swift developers for current and future hiring needs.Interviewing and Assessment :
Conduct in-depth technical interviews to evaluate Swift programming skills.Assess candidates for cultural fit and alignment with client requirements.Coordination and Collaboration :
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and refine recruitment strategies.Offer Negotiation and Onboarding :
Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms as needed.Facilitate the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hiresRelationship Management :
Maintain relationships with candidates to foster long-term connections and potential future opportunities.Partner with Swift developers to understand market trends and adapt recruitment strategies accordinglyData Management and Reporting :
Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Generate reports on recruitment metrics and effectiveness.Skills and Qualifications :
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on hiring Swift developers.Knowledge of Swift programming language and understanding of iOS development is beneficial.Strong sourcing techniques and experience using recruitment tools and social media for candidate outreach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Skills Required
