Key Responsibilities :
- Manage recruitment processes for various roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
- Source candidates through innovative and non-traditional channels like LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and ensure timely hiring.
- Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically at all stages of the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies and enhance the efficiency of the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including creating engaging social media content and job advertisements.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
0-5 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field (internships or part-time roles are also relevant).Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).Ability to think creatively and leverage social media and networking platforms for talent sourcing.A proactive, goal-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.Strong attention to detail and a passion for finding and placing the right candidates.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Skills Required
