• Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically at all stages of the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies and enhance the efficiency of the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including creating engaging social media content and job advertisements.
