The Project Manager will lead and coordinate the overall execution of IT field deployment activities across multiple cities. This role requires hands-on management of project timelines, resources, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure smooth delivery of onsite IT deployments, including PC installations, hardware staging, and lifecycle operations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Delivery
1)Plan, track, and manage the end-to-end delivery of field deployment projects across all locations. 2) Develop and maintain deployment schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress trackers. 3) Coordinate with client stakeholders, site leads, and local field teams to ensure timely execution. 4) Monitor SLA adherence, quality benchmarks, and risk management activities.
5) Handle escalations, change requests, and issue resolution proactively.
Reporting & Documentation
1) Consolidate and present daily / weekly project status reports and dashboards.
2) Maintain detailed documentation on resource utilization, site readiness, and deployment outcomes.
3) Track and verify inventory movements, device deployment logs, and asset status updates.
Team & Client Management
1) Lead and guide Field Service Deployment Analysts across multiple cities.
2) Ensure consistent communication flow between clients, engineers, and internal operations.
3) Facilitate coordination calls, client reviews, and operational check-ins.
Compliance & Quality Control
1) Ensure all field activities align with standard operating procedures, safety standards, and IT compliance.
2) Validate adherence to project budgets and timelines.
Requirements
1) Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Project Management.
2) 4–6 years of experience in IT field rollout or deployment project management.
3) Strong working knowledge of Excel, MS Project, and reporting tools.
4) Proven ability to manage distributed teams and multi-location rollouts.
5) Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. 6Immediate availability preferred
