Roles and Responsibilities :
- Customer engagement : Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers, both externally and internally
- Connect with clients and drive regular status calls, executive summaries, and strategy meetings for high-profile projects
- Keep current clients satisfied and deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Create, maintain, and communicate client project timelines and budgets
- Prepare and communicate pricing quotes and estimates with clients
- Ensure billing and revenue tracking is maintained weekly
- Manage client change orders by negotiating due dates between clients and internal departments
- Balance internal capacity with external demands and expectations
- Prepare regular account statuses like missing asset reports, delivery schedules, and project updates for customers or senior management
- Clearly communicate expected delivery dates for titles / assets via internal systems and email / verbal communication for special cases
- Work with Account Coordinators to ensure day-to-day production runs effectively
- Ensure Account Coordinators have a current and accurate understanding of all work-in-progress
- Collaborate with Account Coordinators to ensure deliverables are completed on time and communicate changes if needed
- Proactively identify potential project issues, formulate responses / solutions, and communicate with clients
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project performance metrics
