Role & Responsibilities :
- Handle customer interactions over phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with financial or travel-related queries and issues.
- Address customer concerns promptly and provide effective solutions.
- Show empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries or complaints.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
A minimum of 6 months experience in an international voice process.Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Skills Required
