Description
We are looking for a US Corporate Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented professionals for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the job market context of India, and be able to work the night shift to accommodate the US time zone.
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to determine candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and job expectations.
- Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with candidates.
- Provide guidance to candidates on the company and role, including compensation and benefits.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in corporate recruitment, with a focus on US-based clients.Familiarity with US recruitment laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Skills Required
