Business Development Associate in Delhi, Gurgaon

We're Soulful Journeys — a new-age travel company creating premium, soulful group experiences.

We're looking for full-time Sales Executives who can connect with travelers, pitch our curated trips, and help them book their next soulful escape.

You'll work directly with the founder and sales team — learning real-world sales, marketing psychology, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads via WhatsApp and calls.
• Explain trip experiences and convert leads to bookings.
• Maintain CRM data and follow up on leads systematically.
• Coordinate with the operations team for confirmed travelers.
• Achieve monthly conversion targets.

About Company : We're a travel agency that gives soulful experiences to our travelers. We've been operating in Manali and Kasol. Situated in Delhi. Our team size is 10 people some are full time some are part-time. We're looking to expand our business so that we can utilize a maximum of the coming travel season.
