Water, Sewage, and Industrial Effluent Treatment Projects

Established in 2006, Era Hydro- Biotech Energy Private Limited is a leading manufacturer, wholesaler, exporter, service provider, of Water, Biogas, and Solar Treatment Plants in Pune.

We’re looking for a Team Leader (

Proposal )

who can design the right treatment solutions, prepare accurate costing, interact with vendors, and support our sales team in winning projects.

Please apply only if you have past experience of Proposal & costing making in Water & wastewater treatment project company. For this role, it is important for the person to know process designing of various Treatment methods for water, Sewage water.

Key Responsibilities

Select the

right treatment process

(STP, ETP, WTP, RO, ZLD) based on client requirements.

Perform

process design, sizing, and BOQ preparation

Prepare

project costing

covering Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation.

Liaise with vendors for

techno-commercial offers

and negotiate best terms.

Support the sales team with

technical presentations

to clients & consultants.

Assist in

techno-commercial discussions

to secure orders.

Desired Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in environmental / chemical / civil / mechanical engineering.

2–6 years

of experience in proposals / design of STP / ETP / WTP projects.

Strong knowledge of treatment technologies and design norms (CPCB / IS / CPHEEO).

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Excel, ERP tools

; familiarity with costing templates.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
