Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Team Leader to lead our sales team for ZUUP by Red Chief in Surat. The ideal candidate will have retail sales experience, leadership skills, and a customer-first approach. This role involves driving sales targets, managing team performance, and ensuring a top-quality customer experience in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

Lead and motivate the retail sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Supervise daily store operations and sales floor activities.

Monitor inventory, stock availability, and merchandising standards.

Address and resolve customer queries and escalations professionally.

Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and implement improvement actions.

Collaborate with store management and brand teams to execute marketing and promotional activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements :

Minimum 12th grade pass.

Proven retail sales experience with leadership capabilities.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Customer-focused and capable of leading a team effectively.

Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.

Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
