Role Overview :

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven

Tele Sales Team Lead

to manage a group of tele sales executives handling

Personal Loan / Business Loan

products. The candidate should have prior experience in a call centre / tele sales environment, strong knowledge of tele calling metrics, and the ability to drive performance through motivation and process adherence.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of tele sales associates to achieve sales and productivity targets.

Monitor and track team performance on key sales metrics (connect rate, login hours, talk time, conversions, AHT, etc..

Work with

dialler systems, CRM tools, and sales dashboards

to optimise call flow and lead utilization.

Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance guidelines, and customer experience standards.

Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and provide coaching / training as required.

Drive daily / weekly sales targets and ensure achievement of business objectives for the Mysuru Location.

Provide reports and insights to the Tele Sales Manager for business reviews.

Requirements : Experience :

Minimum

2–3 years

of experience in tele sales / call centre

in a team handling role .

Strong knowledge of

tele-sales metrics, dialler operations, and CRM platforms .

Proven track record of achieving and driving sales targets in loan / financial product sales preferred.

Excellent communication skills.

Mandatory : Proficiency in

Kannada (regional language) .

Strong people management, coaching, and motivational skills.

Willingness to work in a

6-day work environment (including Saturday & Sunday) .
