Under this vertical, we specialise in MBBS Abroad and Nursing Abroad, helping students and professionals achieve their global aspirations through expert counselling and end-to-end support. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and growth-driven Team Lead – Study Abroad (MBBS & Nursing) to head counselling operations and regional business development. The role requires managing a team of counsellors while also taking ownership of offline lead generation through seminars, institutional partnerships, and affiliate networks. The Team Lead will be responsible for enrolments, revenue, and regional expansion, ensuring AcadFly’s strong presence across the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and monitor MBBS Abroad and Nursing Abroad counsellors.
• Counselling & Conversions : Handle advanced counselling sessions with high-potential students / parents and close admissions.
• Offline Lead Generation : ○ Plan and conduct seminars, workshops, and counselling sessions in schools, colleges, hospitals, nursing institutions, and coaching centres. ○ Build and maintain partnerships with local institutions, hospitals, nursing associations, and regional education hubs. ○ Develop and scale offline affiliate networks to generate a consistent lead pipeline.
• Sales & Target Ownership : Drive enrolments and revenue for MBBS & Nursing Abroad programs.
• Process Excellence : Oversee documentation, compliance, visa filing, and ensure CRM hygiene across the team.
• Collaboration : Work with marketing for regional promotions, admissions for process support, and affiliates for lead flow.
• Reporting : Maintain trackers, MIS, and weekly performance reports for management.
• Student / Parent Experience : Ensure transparent guidance and high satisfaction scores.
