Role Overview
As a Sales Associate , you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and supporting client engagement initiatives. This is an on-site role that offers the opportunity to work directly with the founding team, gain hands-on sales experience, and contribute to scaling our business operations in India.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales : Initiate contact with potential clients via cold emails, calls, and LinkedIn to expand the client base.Client Research : Perform market research to identify new opportunities, client segments, and partnership potential.Lead Management : Track and manage sales leads using CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate data capture.Sales Collateral : Prepare customized sales presentations and proposals based on client needs and industry trends.Reporting & Analysis : Share regular reports on outreach, performance metrics, and pipeline insights with the leadership team.Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies.What We're Looking For
1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or the payment industry.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Energetic, proactive, and passionate about driving business growth.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.Familiarity with CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales and marketing automation platforms.Ability to manage multiple tasks and client conversations with attention to detail.Why Join Us
