Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Ghaziabad. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling sales inquiries, maintaining sales records, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with clients to understand their logistics needs, preparing and presenting sales proposals, and following up on leads. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer Relationship Management and Sales skills
• Experience with Sales Record Maintenance and achieving Sales Targets
• Ability to prepare and present Sales Proposals
• Ability to work collaboratively with the logistics team to ensure order fulfillment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in logistics or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
