Job Title : E-commerce Associate Location : Kirti Nagar, DelhiExperience Required : Minimum 1 year (Full-time)Salary : Up to ₹20,000 per monthJob Type : Full-time, On-siteIndustry : E-commerce / D2C / B2C / B2B Product BrandAbout the Role : We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to manage online product operations across multiple marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of e-commerce platforms, listing processes, and basic Excel skills.Key Responsibilities :

• Create and manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
• File SPF (Seller Protection Fund) claims and resolve platform-related issues
• Create and manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBF (Fulfilled by Flipkart) shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability across platforms
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order processing
• Monitor product performance, pricing, and stock levels
• Use Excel for data entry, basic analysis, and report generation
• Perform other day-to-day operational tasks related to e-commerce businessRequirements :
• Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
