Job Summary : We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Consultant with 1–2 years of experience in technical hiring within the IT services domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently.

Location : Bangalore

Mode of Work : Full Time

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the complete IT recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidates' technical capabilities and communication skills.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and hiring timelines.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly and accurately.
• Provide timely feedback and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth transition of selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
