Job description
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies
  • Create and publish job postings across multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and company career pages
  • Source candidates through a variety of methods such as networking, online databases, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen incoming applications and resumes to shortlist qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Prepare job offers, handle negotiation processes, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline and maintain positive relationships with potential and active candidates
  • Stay informed about the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices
