Role Responsibilities :
- Lead a recruitment team and drive full-cycle hiring across regions.
- Manage sourcing strategies using job boards and internal databases.
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and oversee documentation processes.
Job Requirements :
8+ years of experience in Engineering / Semiconductor / IT recruitment for India and APAC.Strong knowledge of local and regional hiring practices and platforms.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in end-to-end recruitment processes and selection methodologies.Skills Required
