We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Marketing Manager Website, SEO, and AIO to own and lead the strategy, optimization, and pipeline generation from our website and search ecosystem.
This person will be laser-focused on driving high-quality traffic, increasing conversions, and collaborating with external vendors to enhance SEO and leverage the latest in AI-powered optimization techniques.
You will be fully responsible for the website's performanceboth technically and from a demand generation perspective.
You'll be at the center of our digital growth strategy and act as the bridge between content, campaigns, AI / SEO vendors, and Responsibilities
Website Strategy & Management
- Own the end-to-end strategy, performance, and UX of ComplianceQuest.com.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance site architecture, navigation, and performance.
- Manage and continuously improve lead conversion pathways (landing pages, forms, CTAs).
- Ensure the site is optimized for mobile, speed, accessibility, and & AI Optimization
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy across technical, on-page, and off-page dimensions.
- Work with external SEO vendors and consultants to align on goals, drive results, and maximize ROI.
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and methodologies in SEO, content creation, and user experience (e.g., generative search, predictive personalization).
- Implement AI-based strategies to improve site discoverability and visitor Generation & Analytics
- Define KPIs and build dashboards to track website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with paid media, campaign managers, and sales to ensure alignment with pipeline goals.
- A / B test content, layout, and CTAs to drive performance optimization.
- Work closely with product marketing and content teams to ensure keyword and topical alignment with buyer & Trendspotting
- Continuously evaluate new martech tools and AI platforms to stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Experiment with new ideas and technologies to enhance search visibility, content relevance, and lead quality.
- Propose and pilot innovations for integrating AI with content strategy, search personalization, and Skills & Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in website marketing, SEO, and digital demand generation (preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech).
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, and search behavior.
- Familiarity with AI tools for SEO / content optimization (SurferSEO, Jasper, MarketMuse, etc.)
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) and marketing automation (e.g., Pardot, Marketo).
- Excellent vendor management skills and ability to drive accountability and results.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush / Ahrefs, and other relevant tools.
- Proactive, self-driven, and intellectually curiousconstantly seeking to learn, iterate, and improve.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management Qualifications
- Experience working with or within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Background in growth marketing or conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Working knowledge of HTML / CSS and structured data for SEO.
- Familiarity with AI-driven site search and LLM-enabled content workflows.
