Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, search rankings, and overall online visibility.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and sales) to align SEO strategies with business goals.
- Monitor performance using analytics tools, generate actionable insights, and continuously refine SEO approaches.
Team Building & Management
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing SEO team, ensuring collaboration, productivity, and skill development.Establish clear performance goals, track KPIs, and provide feedback to help team members grow professionally.Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation within the team.Lead by example, offering training and guidance to ensure the team stays updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and tools.Integration with SaaS & Outbound Sales
Work closely with sales and business development teams to ensure SEO efforts align with lead generation and revenue growth objectives.Leverage SEO insights to support SaaS sales strategies , driving targeted traffic that converts into qualified leads.Partner with outbound sales teams to design SEO-driven campaigns that complement outbound prospecting and client acquisition.Identify opportunities to create SEO-rich sales assets such as landing pages, case studies, and thought leadership content tailored for SaaS audiences.Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with content creators, designers, and developers to implement SEO best practices across all digital assets.Partner with marketing teams to integrate SEO with broader demand generation, paid campaigns, and social media efforts.Ensure the SEO roadmap directly supports organizational objectives, particularly in scaling SaaS sales pipelines.Desired Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience , preferably within SaaS or technology-driven industries.Proven track record of building and managing high-performing SEO or marketing teams.Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Familiarity with SaaS sales funnels, outbound prospecting techniques, and lead generation strategies .Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate across departments.Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution while delivering measurable results.What We Offer
