Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various digital channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize advanced analytics to drive campaign strategies, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
Performance Monitoring : Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and IT to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall business strategy.
Vendor Management : Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring timely delivery and quality of services.
Reporting & Analysis : Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including ROI analysis, and present findings to senior management.
Innovation & Improvement : Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and analytics and implement innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
What makes you a Great Fit?
Educational Background : Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. Professional qualifications like BE / MBA are preferred.
Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in campaign management with a strong focus on analytics. Experience in Mutual Fund / Financial Services / eCommerce / Fintech is a plus.
Analytics Tools : Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms preferred.
Data Analysis : Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
Excel & Reporting : Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience in creating detailed analytical reports and dashboards.
Programming languages as python and SQL are preferred
Marketing Automation : Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
AI / ML Knowledge : Understanding of AI / ML models and their application in marketing analytics is a plus.
